A few years ago now, Ink And Quill - the site of which I am a member, had a wee problem with a worm that completely wiped us out. Being I am the most prolific writer of the bunch, I lost a lot.
You can imagine that it was a hard thing to rebuild from and I was never entirely happy with what I had (though the rebuilt site was lovely, the layout just didn't work for me). This year, a lot of very wonderful people got together and redesigned my site in secret.
I am beyond touched by this and am back to restoring the rest of the fic. It will take a while, but it will be done.

I am certainly not making any money off this process, it is about the fun and promotion of the source text involved. When I am done, hopefully, all I will have done is advance the show/movie/book I have been working with and, thus, ushered new fans/consumers into the fold.
